We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We use the information you have typed in to create your resume for you.
What we hold about you
We hold the following information on our systems:
- Anything you type in to create your resume.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging in to your account. If you find any inaccuracies you can delete or correct it at anytime.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Changing the information we hold about you
Any information we have about you can be changed by you, or completely deleted at anytime.
Sharing your information
We may from time to time give you the opportunity to allow your details to be accessed by a third party. An example of this may be a recruitment agency searching for candidates. We will not allow anyone to view your details without your express permission. You will be offered the chance to opt out whenever you log back in to you account.
Statistical information gathering
We may use data held on our servers for statistical analysis and release anonymous data which cannot be traced back to any one individual.
We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Changing the information we hold about you
Any information we have about you can be changed by you.
E-mailing you
We have a mailing list which we use to inform subscribers of our offers and site developments. You are able to unsubscribe from this list quickly and easily using the box on the front page. We will not e-mail you in the future unless:
- You are a mailing list subscriber, or
- We need to inform you about your subscription.

Delivery Information
Delivery of your completed resume should take place within 1 minute of you completing the steps. This is, however, dependent on your mail server so please hit send & receive on your e-mail program a few times before contacting us. Some e-mail providers may not check for new e-mail very regularly, especially in workplaces so be sure to check this out before contacting us. There is more useful information in the help section of this site too.
Security Information
Our payment providers secure server handles all the payment information. Please ensure that you keep your username and password secure.
No customer of ours has reported fraudulent card use as a result of a purchase made.
Payment Methods
We take Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately we cannot take other methods of payment.
Cancellation
The service provided by us is personalised by you, and your subscription cannot be cancelled. If however you are unhappy with the service we provide, please check out our complaints procedure.

All complaints will be held in utmost confidentiality, and will be dealt with in a fair and effective manner, ensuring that you are kept informed at all times of its progress.
